The God’s Story app is a simplified version of ISI’s M28 disciple-making approach—and is designed for truth seekers who are interested in discovering God’s story across selected passages of the Bible. This truth discovery approach incorporates all the disciple-making elements of the M28 model without burdening the seeker with material that is relevant only to the trainer/disciple-maker.

M28 stands for Matthew 28—the Great Commission. It is a global discipleship strategy designed with students in mind—those from every culture and nation. Our aim is to lead students to Christ and equip them to be disciple-makers in their home cultures (or other spheres of impact).
The M28 approach was designed to be Simple (anyone can understand it), Relevant (to any context), and Reproducible (in any culture). The M28 mobile app puts this entire process (discovering God's Truth, applying it to their lives, and passing it on to others) at their fingertips! Anyone, Anytime, Anywhere.
Seekers, disciplers, and trainers download the app and have instant access to a truth-discovery process that facilitates a personal discipleship and witnessing lifestyle. We begin with the lessons provided in the "God's Story" section. The key is discovery, not teaching. God's Word and the Holy Spirit are enough to lead people to Truth, and if they choose to obey it, transformation happens!

We have provided 32 selected bible narrative passages in the "God's Story" section that introduce seekers to the redemption story—from Creation to Christ. Disciplers select the appropriate passage for their audience (individuals or groups). Students facilitate the discovery process and learn to trust God's Word and the Holy Spirit to be enough to lead them to Truth.
Each session comes complete with simple instructions on how to "do" truth-discovery. Students are imprinted with this process from the very first day. This same discovery process is easy to replicate in any culture or setting, both with other seekers or believers.
The priority of the M28 process is to raise up disciples who are obedient to God's Truth, and who embrace a witnessing lifestyle (passing their discoveries on to others). Students love the authentic community they experience. Sharing truth becomes second-nature.
The entire passage is included in each session. No surfing. No confusion. Everyone is in the same version. And each session has an immediate-response "feedback" opportunity — giving us input on who's seeking truth, from where, and how we can help them grow in their faith!
