- M28 Global Discipleship Training -

M28 Global Discipleship Training is for those who wish to reach international students, or anyone else, and to equip them to be disciple-makers in their cultures (or wherever God sends them). Our vision is to see nations transformed by multiplying life-changing communities in every dimension of society — using the M28 Global Discipleship approach. We invite you to join us in this extraordinary global-impact mission.

The M28 Global Discipleship Training is an introductory training designed to help you reach others with the love and message of Jesus Christ, introduce them to faith in Christ, and help them to be disciple-makers also.

Our M28 training teams are able to deliver the M28 Start-Up Training in approximately 8 hours (e.g: Friday evening and Saturday morning, or Saturday morning and afternoon, or other workable schedule).

- Heart of M28 -

Picture
At the heart of M28 are three essential components:

Fervent Prayer, God's Word, and the Holy Spirit.
Fervent Prayer
  • Purpose:                                                               Dependence on God
  • Description:                                                                 Staying dependent on the Holy Spirit's initiative and work -- through prevailing prayer, which results in God's provision, protection, power, and purposes being revealed and supplied
  • Bible passages:                                                               Luke 6:12; Philippians 4:6-7; Ephesians 6:18-20
  • Principle:                                                                 Prayer is the main work.
  • Actions:                                                                             Pray for open doors (hearts), wisdom, boldnesss, conviction, and repentance.
God's Word
  • Purpose:                                                                   Trust in the Bible as our ultimate source of truth and guidebook for living
  • Description:                                                             Going to God's Word (the Bible) consistently for truth, wisdom, guidance, and encouragement in all situations and areas of life
  • Bible passages:                                                               Luke 21:33; 2 Timothy 3:16;  Hebrews 4:12;
    Joshua 1:8
  • Actions:                                                              Share how God's Word is guiding, teaching, correcting, and encouraging you personally.
The Holy Spirit
  • Purpose:                                                              Reliance on God's Holy Spirit
  • Description:                                                                  Learning to rely on the Holy Spirit as our teacher, guide, companion, and protector.
  • Bible passages:                                                              John 14:26; Mark 13:11; Acts 1:8; Acts 2:38;           Acts 5:32.
  • Principle:                                                                   The Holy Spirit is our true companion and guide.
  • Actions:                                                            Exemplify reliance in prayer.

M28 Global Discipleship is not about a program, but a lifestyle. Although we recognize there is a progression in the spiritual formation of every disciple's life, the following dimensions are to be continuously present in the disciple-maker's life. That is why we regard the M28 disciple-making approach as a lifestyle, not a program. In fact, we have found that if it is not imprinted and reproduced as a lifestyle, it will not lead to a disciple-making movement.
